Why this policy

Prestige Panel respects your privacy. This policy explains, in plain terms, what personal information we collect on this website, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights. It is based on Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

Information we collect

What you send us. When you fill out the quote request form, we collect:

• your full name, your email address and your phone number;
• your project description, your profile (owner-builder, contractor, etc.) and the project's region;
• any files you attach (for example, a plan).

What is collected through cookies, only with your consent. If you accept cookies, we collect browsing data: pages viewed, visit duration, device and browser type, language, traffic source, IP address (processed by our service providers) and cookie identifiers. If you decline, none of these cookies are activated.

Why we use it

• To respond to your request: prepare a quote, contact you and follow up on your project.
• To measure website traffic (Google Analytics), to understand how the site is used and improve it.
• Advertising (Google Ads, StackAdapt), to measure the performance of our ads and show our ads to people who have already visited our site.
• To protect the site against spam and abuse (Google reCAPTCHA on the form).

We do not use your information for other purposes without your consent, unless permitted by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and similar technologies

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies. They are off by default. You can change your mind at any time with the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

• Essential (always on): storing your consent choice (kept in your browser for 12 months) and Google reCAPTCHA, which protects the form against bots.
• Analytics (with your consent): Google Analytics (_ga and _ga_* cookies, up to 2 years).
• Advertising (with your consent): Google Ads (_gcl_au cookie, 90 days) and StackAdapt (sa-user-id cookies).

Who has access to your information

• Members of our team who need it to handle your request.
• Our marketing agency, which manages our website and campaigns, to the extent required by its mandate.
• Our technology providers: Webflow (website hosting and form submissions), Google (Analytics, Ads, reCAPTCHA) and StackAdapt (advertising).

These providers use your information only to provide these services to us. We may also disclose information where required or permitted by law.

Disclosure outside Quebec

Some of our providers (including Webflow, Google and StackAdapt) host or process data outside Quebec, notably in the United States. Your information may therefore be disclosed and stored there. As required by law, we ensure that this information receives adequate protection.

Retention

We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as long as required by law. Google Analytics data is kept for 26 months. Information that is no longer needed is securely destroyed or anonymized.

Security

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to your information is limited to people who need it. Since no measure is foolproof, we will notify you and the Commission d'accès à l'information if a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury.

Your rights

You may at any time:

• request access to the personal information we hold about you;
• request its correction if it is inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous;
• withdraw your consent to its use (for cookies, with the "Manage cookies" link);
• ask us to stop disseminating it or to delete it, in the cases provided by law.

To exercise these rights, write to our person in charge of the protection of personal information (contact details above). We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
