Prestige Panel was founded in 2007 with the goal of providing a faster, more efficient, and more sustainable alternative to traditional construction methods. The company entered a new era in 2017, when the Côté family took over management.

Having been clients themselves, they saw Prestige Panel as an opportunity to help transform the construction industry—one panel at a time. Since then, every decision, improvement, and investment has reflected that commitment to continuous evolution.

Prestige Panel operates two manufacturing facilities, giving us the flexibility to increase production capacity, shorten lead times, and maintain rigorous quality control at every stage of the process.

This dual-facility model allows us to take on more projects while maintaining precision, consistency, and efficiency.

Saint-Lin–Laurentides

Opened in 2025, our new manufacturing plant is four times larger and strategically located in the heart of one of the construction industry's most dynamic regions.

An in-house laboratory built for innovation

Located at our Saint-Lin facility, our in-house laboratory reflects our commitment to driving our own innovation. Equipped with a laboratory press—a scaled-down version of our production press—this specialized space allows us to manufacture individual panels and test a wide range of parameters.

Here, we explore new insulation foam formulations, wall compositions, assembly methods, and panel thicknesses. We can also conduct the testing required to accelerate the certification process for characteristics such as fire resistance, compressive strength, and structural performance.

Beyond meeting industry standards, this investment demonstrates our confidence in what we make and our commitment to continuous innovation and product development. It also plays a key role in expanding our offerings and entering new markets.
